'Winter' movie filming to close So. St. Pete street

TAMPA - Filming for the movie starring Winter the dolphin may force some drivers to take a detour this week.
Crews have been filming at Winter's home, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and other locations in Pinellas County as they put together the cinematic version of the dolphin's inspirational story of living with a prosthetic tail.
Scenes will be shot on Park Street between Fifth and Ninth Avenues in South St. Petersburg Thursday and Friday, and the road will be closed periodically between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Shooting for the film, which stars Morgan Freeman, Ashley Judd, and Harry Connick, Jr., is expected to wrap up in December. The movie is slated to hit theaters in September 2011.
