what is considered to be forensic audio? I have a 911 tape that was used to
convict a man of a double homicide back in 2001
and the tape has quite a bit of white noise and it was never cleaned up to see
exactly what was being said by the victim. Is this something this ted turney
can do?

David,
Try this guy. I¹m not totally sure if he does forensic work, but he¹s on the
cutting edge. He get¹s all the prototype electronics to evaluate before we
see them. He did a project for me that turned out very good.
