Manatees congregate in Apollo Beach

TAMPA - Manatees are doing their best to stay warm in this cold weather. The sea cows don't like cold water, so when the temperatures drop they swim to warmer waters.

SkyFox spotted a bunch of manatees congregating near the TECO power plant in Apollo Beach Wednesday morning, a spot the sea creatures often head to in order to keep warm.
