Dear Sir,
Many times there is a difficult situation when the relatives of a
critically ill patient want the patient to be referred or to take the
patient to another center against medical advice. It can happen in even
the adequate facilities are available to manage the patient and gravity
of the situation is also explained to the relatives. Also it is also
explained that the transfer of the unstable patient may be risky.
Are there any guidelines in such a situation.
Regards
